Right this second: how much of the pain you’re experiencing now is about the future (Will I be able to get to work on time tomorrow?) or the past (I can’t believe how stupid I looked at that presentation last week)?
Don’t you want to build a safe foundation, through increased awareness of what is going on inside and outside you, so that you can do this very difficult work?
