You’re better off not comparing yourself to other people’s experiences.

First, research shows that human beings tend to make some errors while making these comparisons.

Second, sometimes the impact of trauma is delayed.

Third, and probably the major problem with comparing yourself to others, is that everyone has a different history, and what looks like the same experience isn’t.

Yes, its human nature to compare our experiences to those of others.

But are you not better off when you focus on what you want your life to be about?
